We learn about your business, your space, your aesthetic preferences, and — most importantly — the people who will experience the artwork. We then curate a collection specifically for your environment.

WheelHouse handles the process from beginning to end, including art selection, delivery, placement, and professional installation. Instead of purchasing an entire collection at once, your business pays a predictable monthly subscription based on the artwork selected and the length of your commitment.

1. We get to know your business and your space.

A WheelHouse Art associate meets with you to understand your aesthetic preferences, the character of your business, and the experience you want to create.

We'll look at the spaces that matter most, who sees them, and what those spaces are currently communicating to those people.

2. We curate the collection.

WheelHouse selects artwork based on your preferences, available space, scale, visual flow, and the impression you want the collection to create.

You'll have an opportunity to review the recommendations and make adjustments before anything is installed.

3. We deliver and install everything.

WheelHouse coordinates delivery, placement, and professional installation. You'll also receive information about the artwork and artists represented in your collection.

4. You enjoy the collection.

Your subscription begins at the agreed monthly rate, giving you access to authentic original artwork without purchasing the entire collection upfront.

Then you simply live and work with it.

CCS is not a one-size-fits-all package. The size and value of the collection are tailored to the space, and pricing depends on two things:

The retail value of the artwork selected
and
The length of your subscription.

Longer commitments result in lower monthly costs. The current program offers subscriptions ranging from 12 to 60 months.

Do I need to know anything about art to use CCS?

Not at all. Part of WheelHouse Art's role is helping you identify what works for your space. We begin by learning about your business, your preferences, your environment, and the impression you want to create, then curate artwork around those considerations.

What does it cost to get started?

Nothing. Initial consultations and on-site visits are complimentary. If you decide to move forward with CCS, delivery and professional installation are included in your subscription price, so there are no hidden or surprise charges for getting your collection into place.

Is there a minimum collection size or monthly commitment?

No. CCS is designed around your particular space and needs, so there is no minimum collection value or monthly subscription amount required.

Do I get to approve the artwork before it is installed?

Yes. WheelHouse will present a curated selection based on your space and preferences, and you will have an opportunity to review the recommendations and make adjustments before installation. 

How much does CCS cost?

Pricing depends primarily on the retail value of the artwork selected for your collection and the length of your subscription. Longer subscription terms result in lower monthly costs. Because every space and collection is different, WheelHouse will provide an estimate after learning more about your needs.

Is all of the artwork original?

Yes. CCS collections are built around authentic, original artwork rather than mass-produced decorative reproductions.

What size collection do I need?

There is no one-size-fits-all collection. WheelHouse looks at the size and layout of your space, the areas that are most important, and how people move through the environment before recommending the amount and scale of artwork that makes sense. 

Can the artwork change during my subscription?

For 12- and 24-month subscriptions, the collection remains in place for the term. 

36-month collections may be updated at 18 months.

48-month collections may be updated at 16 and 32 months.

60-month collections may be updated at 15, 30, and 45 month

What happens if we fall in love with a piece?

You can purchase artwork that has been part of your CCS collection at any point during your subscription, with payments made toward that artwork applied toward the purchase price. 

Who insures the artwork?

WheelHouse Art insures the artwork while it is in transit and until it has been installed. Once the artwork is installed and in your possession, the client is responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for the collection.

What happens if artwork is damaged while it is in our possession?

Once artwork has been installed, the client is responsible for the artwork and for maintaining insurance coverage while it remains in their possession.

What happens if our business moves during the subscription?

WheelHouse can transport and reinstall your collection at the new location for an additional fee. Because the new space may have different needs, the collection and subscription can also be updated based on the artwork ultimately installed after the move.

Can CCS work across multiple offices or locations?

Yes. WheelHouse can develop CCS collections for multiple offices under a single agreement, allowing the artwork program to be coordinated across your business while still responding to the needs of each individual space.

Will we receive information about the artwork and artists?

Yes. WheelHouse provides information about the artwork and artists represented in your collection, giving you something you can share with employees, clients, and visitors who are interested in learning more.
